Maayah comes from a 25-year-old family tea garden in Assam, where tea is grown and made in small, handmade batches rather than for scale.
Alongside its teas, the garden experiments with different ways of making tea and is open through guided tours to show how each batch is actually produced. Seasonal batches are also shared through the Tea Club.
The approach stays rooted in careful handling, minimal intervention, and working closely with the local tea community.
